About the Natadarb

Natadarb consists of an exciting journey of learning that has been designed to provide the necessary knowledge and resilience to reach the skills required in the work environment. The Natadarb program is created in line with the Napco strategy to grow emerging Saudi caliber across the Saudi market and collectively become the “industrial leaders of the future. “

Natadarb Program

Plastic Institute Training Program Ending with Employment

A program to qualify the national workforce in the plastics industry through a training program under the supervision of the Higher Institute for Plastic Fabrication

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • The applicant must have a high school or equivalent (all majors).
  • The Human Resources Development Fund must not have supported the applicant.
  • The applicant must not be registered in GOSI.
  • The applicant must be fully dedicated to training at the institute.
  • The applicant must pass the recruitment process.

HIPIT (Higher Institute for Paper & Industrial Technologies)

A program to qualify national cadres in paper and industrial technologies through a training program under the supervision of the Higher Institute for Paper and Industrial Technologies.

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • The applicant must have a high school diploma with a minimum average of 70%.
  • The Human Resources Development Fund must not have supported the applicant.
  • The applicant is not registered for social insurance.
  • The applicant must be dedicated to training at the Institute.
  • The applicant must pass the recruitment process.

Tamheer

A program designed to teach job-specific skills and behavior to employees to improve their performance and productivity.

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • The applicant must have a Diploma degree or above.
  • The applicant must be unemployed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.
  • The applicant must not have previously participated in Tamheer program.
  • The applicant must pass the recruitment process.

The Internship

Is a short-term job training required from university students to graduate and to gain practical knowledge.

  • The applicant can be a Saudi, Expat national, or one of the additional types.
  • The applicant must be a university or institute student.
  • The applicant must provide an agreement letter from the university or institute.
  • Expat applicant must provide valid IQAMA status as a student, or work visit visa in case studying outside KSA.
  • The applicant must pass the recruitment process.

SAIFI Program

A short-term on-the-job training program offers students with a variety of opportunities for education and tools to help them grow intellectually and professionally.

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • The applicant’s minimum age is 18 years old.
  • The applicant must pass the recruitment process.
  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • The applicant must have a high school diploma with a score of at least 70%.
  • The maximum age is not more than 24 years.
  • The applicant must be fully dedicated to training at the institute.
  • The applicant must pass the recruitment process.
